Toll Free Rotational Service
Toll free main number to be used for co-op advertising with the Rotational Service provided by MVN. $9.95 monthly fee and a one-time $25.00 programming fee. (An additional programming fee may apply depending on the number of co-op participants) All co-op participants must sign up for a mailbox: either Toll Free Virtual Office or the 5 digit mailbox. Usage billed seperately for each participant. Outbound dialing for 1+ to be billed at 5¢ per minute US, or 11.9¢ per minute Canadian.
